I am very grateful to the owner Andrew and the staff of the hotel! We lived for 2 weeks! And it's a complete feeling of romance, stunning views and privacy! Every sunset and sunrise in our bungado is unforgettable! I highly recommend this hotel! For a comfortable and convenient travel around the island, I recommend booking a bike or car! This is probably one of the best places I've ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful, confortable and full of details and personality. Same happens with the bathroom. Everything very well mantained.  The pool area is very inviting to spend time and sunbathe. Lovely gardens and facilities. The staff as usual is lovely and very helpful. Food is quite good. I would totally go back and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.

Calm location and nice clean rooms with a lovely infinity pool. Great restaurant and very helpful staff. Yoga classes were excellent and the staff helped organise everything from scooters to transfers etc. Also have a cute resident cat

Our vacation at Jati Villa was wonderful! The staff there are always helpful and wonderful! Even the night watchman is a super cool guy who was a lot of fun! The place itself is gorgeous, in a quiet side street within walking distance of the main street. The villa itself is extremely beautiful, clean, high quality finished. The pool is clean and gorgeous. The owner and staff have paid extra attention to make sure you don't miss anything! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, the AC worked flawlessly, there was always hot water in the shower, the breakfast was excellent. You can also rent a scooter from them cheaper than on the street and they also have their own taxi driver Mr Happy who is a really cool guy to ride around with! Good luck to everyone at Jat villa and we will definitely see you again soon!
