Really friendly and welcoming staff. Were helpful booking taxi very early in the morning. Very clean and spacious room. Comfortable nights sleep. Near the big shopping centre if that is why you are here. Nice restaurant up on the 4th floor. Decor seems new and very modern

The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great.     all the basic necessities need a revamp from toiletries, smelly towels ... old pillows stained bedsheets with pungent smell, toilet was not properly clean with stained n mold, they only issued 1 key card per room when there’s two adults in a room.

    Hotel area is very convenient , just walk distance to the mall Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room. but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away. we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before. will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

    Firstly my family and I would like to thank the hotel staff, like Mr Berry Prima and teams for their great hospitality. Thumbs up to the bellboy, reception, housekeeping,security and the F & B teams. The hotel breakfasts are superb delicious and they offer a variety of choices to choose from. All the staff at the hotel really made us feel like home.We will be coming back again to this hotel for our next visit Once again thank you for the great service.

    It’s getting a little old, but the hotel’s quirky charm is still very much intact — from the cruise ship exterior, to the Greek decor of the hotel lobby. Clean room and pool, with a good selection for breakfast. Food we ordered for room service was excellent. Toilet is huge with good water pressure. Very near the ferry terminal. And also a short taxi ride to Nagoya Hill and BCS.
