Dino created a perfect sanctuary / paradise close to the beach and a short walking distance to restaurants/shops, it’s quiet and very green and the pool is exceptional! The bungalows are also beautifully designed and thought out!

The facilities and staff were exceptional. The location for us was superb as it was a short fifteen minute walk to town so we did not have to put up with the traffic noise. The pool was alos a huge plus as it was well laid out. The views of the surrounding mountains made it even more special. All the staff were kind, pleasant, and professional.

We stayed at the newer building which was located +/- 1mins walk from the original/main building, but still within the same vicinity. The overall room was great & spacious, they paid so much attention to little details such as preparing 'welcoming flowers' on the bed with our names on it. The amenities were sufficient, they provided electric kettle, coffee & tea, with some complimentary fresh fruits. The highlights of our stay: 1) the pools (they have 2 in each areas), 2) the breakfast & overall menu at the restaurant, 3) very friendly staff. Overall great stay!

I loved staying at Krisna Homestay. The Host Ketut was as welcoming as possible and took the time to answer all my questions about the area, Hinduism and Balinese culture. The place looks as advertised on the photos, if not even better. It is located in a quiet side street, but you are in the center of pemuteran! In the room I even found a water dispenser, so you don't need to buy bottles. I can't remember all the breakfast options, but I had a nice banana pancake, with some fruit on the side and a coffee :) Make sure you ask him for food recommendations, he has great ones! I will definately be back and I am looking forward to it :) Sampai jumpa lagi Ketut 🙏

Loved the decor, comfort, atmosphere, food was above average and few dishes were outstanding, the staff was eager to help however some slight lost in translation moments, hotel was great about setting up scheduled events and tours, and especially loved both the massage theropist and the yoga instructor that came in from Lovinia to teach yoga/meditation class.

    The area he’s like Bali 40 years ago. You are better off staying at a resort on the northern end of the beach, they are beautiful clean and with excellent food and staff, and away from the mosque. Eco Taste, Dimpil Beach Bar, Wrung Rama, The Sage excellent places to eat with cheap healthy fresh food. The Taman, Sari resort & Amertha Resort also have excellent food but more expensive.

    It was quiet and peaceful, away from the busy southern parts of Bali. The downside is it takes 4 hours due to traffic leaving the south and slow moving traffic heading up into the mountains due to winding, narrow roads.

    the town was pretty dead and that's what we liked most - chilled out. cost of everything is about 30% cheaper than Canggu for the same or better food/coffee/etc. We ate at Eco-Taste, The Sage, Lakawi and none disappointed. We also regrettably ate at a warung that made very white-washed Indonesian food -- It was some of the worst food we've had in Bali but it didn't stop the place from being packed with old white tourists - to each their own. In general, it's diving/snorkeling and the same vibe but not touristy like Amed. It's a part of Bali that still hasn't given in to mass tourism. It's what Bali was like 10 years ago.

    Pemuteran is a great place to visit away from the maddening crowds of Kuta and Seminyak. If you want a more traditional Bali experience with great food and beaches and no crowds, then Pemuteran is for you.

    It is very quiet in May. I read, swam and slept for a week.

    It is very quiet in May. I read, swam and slept for a week. Delicious food at a variety of small cafes close by. Completely recharged my batteries. There was plenty of diving, although I didn't go, there were also trips to the national park advertised. I will go again when I need a restful break.

    Would recommend visiting Pemuteran particularly if you enjoy snorkelling, Tirta Sari staff are very kind and helpful. Enjoyed the beautiful massages that are available and the food in the onsite restaurant is freshly cooked to order and delicious Swimming pool and gardens beautiful way to relax and take in tranquil ambience of Tirta Sari

    One of our favourite places we've stayed since we started travelling 4 months or so ago. Comfy rooms, the host (Ketut) is extremely helpful with suggestions, transport, makes a great breakfast and made sure the rooms were serviced each day. Make sure you get the 60 minute full body massage if you stay as this was incredible. If you stay here you'll extend your stay in pemuteran 100%

    We stayed at this hotel with high expectations. The villa itself is beautiful, with an amazing view.     The Pemuteran beach is really excellent and the hotel has a range of trees providing shadow to the hosts. The hotel has rooms and bungalows in a nice garden, with a good distance between bungalows. The hotel provides beach towels.
