Elsa ar the reception was amazing. We reserved 2 rooms without being able to choose connected rooms. She gave us connected rooms after arriving there. Our daughter has some issues with her tummy due to some food from another place. They were very helpful in making the food exactly as we requested for her. During the night she puked in bed, the cleaning staff was very helpful with cleaning the bed and the room. The place is bussines oriented, but it is also a great option for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. We couldn’t go outside to visit because the pollution index was very high and our daughter is sensitive, but the hotel is also close to the old Dutch city and pretty close to the port…. From what I saw from the grab.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. I loved the fact that it offers free pickup from airport and shuttle to go back. The hotel's staff was so kind to text via whatsapp to see of we landed, and again to see if the driver picked us up. So close to the airport just 15 mins while traffic and 8/10 mins without traffic. Hotel was clean and perfect for a night stay.
