The beach is awesome, a patch of paradise. Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Bandar Bintan port . All the staff was amazing and prompt to respond to all of our needs. We just had one problem the cook did not want to make not spicy meals and although we explained numerous times to the waitress and they where very attentive to our requests the dish always had peppers or some spicy sauce. Until my wife started crying and yelling after eating a spicy pepper we did not receive what we requested. Consider this when you eat a meal there and have any alergies.
