This is an amazing place. One of top stays in Ireland for sure! I stayed 4 nights. The room is well decorated, clean and modern. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. Great breakfast to order. The location can’t be better, right on a beach and 10 minutes drive to Dunmore East. I really felt a lot of peace here. I definitely recommend staying!

This is a very nice location on our tour around the soutern half of Ireland. The hosts are very friendly, caring and it is always a good feeling to have a warm and honest welcome. The room we had as wll as the whole house was in every detail with style, very clean and comfortable. Certainly a place we would fully recommend with plenty of options to do in the vicinity.

Unique spot, unforgetable house ambiemce, land lady extremely polite, fiendly, hospitable. We wish we had some more days to spend, just to enjoy the place.     Duncannon is a beautiful village on the South Coast with a beautiful sandy beach. It is ideally located to explore the area with both Waterford and Wexford only a short drive away. Hook Lighthouse is 20 minutes away by car and is a must for anyone visiting the area.

    Our room had a great view of the sea. It was cosy, spacious and very clean. The lovely wooden floor and furnishings gave a feeling of warmth and care. Our hostess was kind, helpful and cheerful. She turned on the central heating as the weather was dreary and dull one day. Located in the village of Duncannon, the beach, bars and restaurants were all well within walking distance. It all helped to make our stay more enjoyable.

    Pleasant traditional hotel. Such warm welcome from the owner herself. Comfortable room with the most wonderful view over the water. On this specific day, I could see all the way out to the lighthouse. Nice breakfast. All and all a very pleasant stay, and a place I would like to back to.
