The cottage is cozy, with everything one might need. The view is spectacular. All these things would be enough to make this our best stay in Ireland, but I have to mention especially the great kindness of the owners, Roisin in particular. They have helped us a lot with an unexpected event we had in Limerick. Extremely suggested!

    We were staying in a cottage nearby, but which was out of...

    We were staying in a cottage nearby, but which was out of the way. So a short trip into Garrykennedy provided us with a livelier atmosphere, particularly at the pub. The village stands on the shores of the lough, which is beautiful. The area abounds in wildlife.
