    A small village with a few pubs, eating places and a small...

    A small village with a few pubs, eating places and a small shop. Goleen harbour is very small. Good base to travel from to surrounding attractions. Only 10 to 15 mins by car from fabulous Barley Cove Beach. Can tour to Schull and Bantry too.

    The sea , the people , the eco friendly projects there .

    The sea , the people , the eco friendly projects there . The shop is small but surprisingly has everything and even things you would not expect . Wandering the goats paths through the goarse bushes up over the sea was like being a child again . Breathtaking views

    The cottage was very well presented and the communication from Sherri was excellent. One negative issue was we could not lock the front door from inside so anybody could just walk in through the night!!
