We were attending a concert in Dublin but did not want to pay Dublin hotel prices so Kildare and the Kildare House Hotel was perfect. We got the Green Bus from Kildare Village into the city center. We loved it.
We loved it. Visited the local sites including Japanese Gardens, National Stud farm, Newbridge Silver, shopping Village, local Churches and restaurants lovely. Silken Thomas is a lovely place to stay for a short visit to Kildare. It is in a great location and near to Kildare Village, Japanese Gardens and The Curragh Racing Course.
