An Faoileán Glamping Pod is an exceptional place. We were lucky to have a clear night sky and we literally saw a million stars. There is almost no light pollution which makes it even better. The pod is equiped with the required amenities to make the stay comfortable. It has been maintained to a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness. John and Pamela are very good hosts and had started providing clear and concise check-in instructions and other information well in advance and they were always quick to answer my queries.

Nicholas was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hostel was spotless, kitchen well equiped. Able to heat food we had taken. Signage on road entry helpful. Loved the remoteness and peaceful atmosphere. Close to beach and excellent Visitor Centre in old church. Well worth the visit and great morning tea.

The wonderful staff, all extremely welcoming and kind (as they always are). They were even so kind as to post on a screen to us that our kid left behind. Mary was a great help. Room was perfect. Beds were super. Breakfast was nice and liked the fry being brought on to order rather than buffet. Pool great. Good value for money.
