This is clearly the best place we stayed during our trip to Ireland. The quality of the rooms, the breakfast lounge & the upstairs lounge is quite simply excellent. The owner as well as his staff are extremely service oriented & we cannot find a single thing we would have wanted different. We enjoyed a long walk & all the horses along our way. As an extra spice, Ruby, the young resident dog followed us & she is just SO cute..😁

I must confess that this felt like being at home. Even better. The host is simply amazing. Really liked the hospitality, the energy and all together. The kitchen was well equiped (think there isn't anything you wouldn't find to be honest) and the rooms are simply amazing (big, clean, comfy,...) Definitely recommend

The location is absolutely perfect, 2 mins walk down into Fermoy. The building is beautiful as is the surrounding countryside, my apartment was perfect. Very light, lovely spacious kitchen and living area. All very clean. The owner was extremely nice and helpful.
