Location is perfect. Handy to Limerick but a lovely peaceful setting. Attractive grounds, decent rooms, great wifi, great tv, great beds, great bathrooms, and all rooms have decent seating and desk as well as tea and coffee and proper kettle. Windows open too.

We like the apartment and is exactly as described and shown in pictures. We were also offered to use the washing machine and dryer! Great host and close to many wonderful locations, like Clare Glens walking trail ( which was suggested by Mike). We only had one night as we were moving from one location to the other but still loved it!

    The beds are singles, but comfortable.

    The beds are singles, but comfortable. The bathroom has soap & shampoo in the shower. Soft towels changed daily. OBriensbridge is a very quiet village. Only one pub, very local. No music or events on during our week there. No places to eat either. The river is lovely good for an evening stroll. We went to Killaloe for pub food.

    It was nice to see and hear sheep in the neighbouring fields...

    It was nice to see and hear sheep in the neighbouring fields. The river views nearby countryside were lovely. We had a fantastic dinner at Matt the Thresher, Birdhill. Only a five minute drive away.
