The location is fantastic with magnificent views over the rolling green landscape. This is a small castle. It’s charming and stunning at the same time. Loved the morning walk in the pristine surroundings. Old trees, rhododendrons, fields with grazing thoroughbreds. Very homeish feeling. Spacious rooms and real Irish breakfast (perfect fuel for the day’s hike). Wonderful staff, when you need something, otherwise we actually had the place for ourselves which was great. We bought our own drinks and food and could use the facilities in the kitchen and dining room. Don’t miss this gem❣️

The room was nice, and did the job for one night, the air conditioning was most welcome in the heat. But the room could do with some refurbishment as parts were outdated. Carpet looked worn and one sink was leaking. The Hydropool is amazing and definitely the main attraction of a stay in the Kingsley. The breakfast has a vast choice, but be prepared to wait if ordering from the menu. Saying that, definitely can't fault the quality of the food.

The vibe when arriving at the reception is amazing. The staff is really nice, and helpfull. The room is cozy, smells nice and especially the shower is beautiful.
