Natan the manager was always available and wanted to be sure we had everything we needed that was within his capacity. The house is basic and met most of our needs excluding a fan or exhaust in the master bathroom and a closet/dresser in master bedroom. We used the one in the 2nd bedroom. He cleaned the pool and hot tub to my liking after I requested it. He was very helpful with different directions, special hidden spots, and even fixed my phone when I couldn't get wifi. It would be most helpful to have the address of the back of the house where the car enters.Guest review byRuthieIsrael
