To start with, we had a problem with the Booking.com site and our host understood our issue and took care of it in the most pleasant way. They went above and beyond what they had to do and it really gave us a good feeling about staying in their place. Things only got better because the apartment was astounding. Great place to stay! Very friendly and helpful staff! I really recommend this hotel whenever you have a chance to stay in this wonderful neighbourhood. Also, the SPA is fantastic and they offer great one day care packages including the use of the restaurant! (which is excellent!!)
