Hadas (name) shows Great management skills, not noisy, staff excellent. I only wish the spa was hotel owned but the hotel is so good at any needs for that too. Security is very good, cameras all around. You will feel comfortable and very welcome. The snack/ bar off to the side in the lobby is a nice place to unwind after dinner and a good polite worker there too. The meals were amazing - we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The additional ice creams in the lobby and tea served everyday were such a great touch. There was so much on offer for the kids. When we arrived we were a bit disappointed with the pool situation - indoor cold pool, hotel guests could only use 1 lane and we had to wear caps - but it was great that they erected a large outdoor pool for the other days we were there.
