The staff really went out of their ways to make me feel comfortable. They were always available for me if I had questions or needed something arranged. They gave me lots of recommendations for Amritsar. They were most helpful and so accommodating. Great location too. I loved that my room had Netflix so I could unwind in the evening. Can highly recommend this stay. I will come back.

Fantastic staff. Catered to all of our requests even in the wee hours of morning. Peaceful location, 20 odd mins by cab from the center. Spa and gym particularly stood out for me. Breakfast spread was fantastic too!

    Plenty of sightseeing places. Open top bus tours available. The Golden Temple is a must see along with the Partition Museum. Bazaar shopping & plenty of places to eat in Amritsar. It is very busy around the Temple but has been pedestrianised which makes it easier to get around. Plan half a day for the museum to fully take in the exhibition Jalianwala Bagh was very special to visit with a beautiful memorial garden and historical facts to explain why it was created

    As this was our first trip, we focused on visiting specific...

    As this was our first trip, we focused on visiting specific places such as the Golden temple, Sadar pind, Wagah Border parade and some popular malls. We were amazed at the history behind these and the great work being done to sustain the cultural heritage. The only downside was the crazy traffic to get around. An experienced driver and laughter did the trick.

    Aloo kulcha at Brothers Dhaba made my day. Trip to atari to view Beating the retreat on a rainy day unforgettable. Prayer at Harmandir Sahib on the 400th Guru Purb day with all the festive atmosphere was divine. Prayer at Durgiana temple was mesmerizing. Shraddhanjali at Jalianwala Bagh was emotional. If you are claiming to be Indian please don't miss a visit to the great Amritsar. Love 💕

    Amritsar is first a holy place with Harmandir Sahib being in centre of anyones visit, except the business travellers. The other best part is local food in city which is good. One can go shopping for clothes, food and wedding related purchases.

    Hotel staff is not a professional at the very first day after receiving the complete payment at the time of checking they asked to cancel the booking as you book a hotel at very low rate via booking.com now the rate is high still we are cater your request if you cancel the booking we will provide you free drop service. Actually they don't want to share booking.com commision. Later on when we enter in the room bedsheet was dusty and no cleaning was done lipstick marks were at curtain bedsheet . TV was not working not setup box was installed we stay there for 3 days and every time when we compliment about TV they said within 10mins it will repair still not done . They inform us dinner will be served at room when we order they denied and said you have to come at restaurant. Do not book this hotel .

    Lovely place, religious and sight seeing vibes. Choose weather to go - Mid September onwards would be good. December mid to Jan end would be very cold and foggy. Do visit - Golden temple, Jaliawalan bag, Historical museum, Wagah border. Eat at - Kesar ka Dhaba, Palawan dhaba. Can but papad and wadiyan and even dry fruits. Hall bazar is good place to shops - clothes to electronics all are available. Bhrawan da dhaba (Brothers dhaba) has good food. If one wants to see mall - Mall of Amritsar is only one worth visit.

    Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so attentive. A big shout out to Tasrif, Devraj and Chef Mani. They were sweet , polite and ever willing to help. Best ever kulcha! A credit to Hyatt Amritsar indeed! Nandini at check in was really good too. The bathroom could be a little cleaner. There was dust on the counters in the room too. Best part of this hotel is definitely the staff !
