We got such a warm welcome - it truly made us feel happy! Everyone was really nice and helpful! It was very nice and thoughtful of them to give us a lovely gift when we were leaving - thank you again! They were very accommodating eg we requested an extra bed in the lobby/living room and it was all ready when we arrived! Our stay was pleasant and comfortable too!

Transport pick-up and drop facility is great. All the staff are polite and humble. The in-room dining service is fast. Overall, my experience was good.
