It was my first time visit to Surat and right from booking the hotel prior to my visit n getting all the things arranged including communication with the reception and my entire stay for four days was excellent and an amazing experience! I must appreciate staff Ms. Samira/ sir Zubair/ sir Ganesh / sir sulaiman and all the staff at the restaurant and the hotel… great team n great work !

The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and treated me with incredible hospitality. The room is well equipped and exceeded my expectations.
