We were a group of 21 people and we booked around 7 rooms. The location had great facilities and swimming pool was the best. The staff sheik wali was very helpful and gave an amazing hospitality. Radhika also helped us along with vali.

We stayed at over 10 5 star hotels across India and this was by far the best! We really had an amazing time! Staff were fantastic, rooms were great, food was delicious and the pool was just out of this world! The location is perfect as well. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone!     Great area to stay . There are some lovely restaurants like fisherman cove , tomatoes which have excellent food and some great music over the weekend over the weekend. The beaches nice and some of the beach shacks are great to sit and spend an evening.

    Candolim has an amazing vibe! The clubs and cafes here are buzzing with energy, delicious food with a burst of flavors, smooth hookah, chilled beers, and creative cocktails. Perfect for a fun night out or relaxed beachside hangout. A must-visit for party lovers and foodies alike

    If you are a vegetarian try the nearby Banana leaf...

    If you are a vegetarian try the nearby Banana leaf restaurant. The in house restaurant serves cocum beer and excellent food. We visited the Renuka temple in the village just behind the Ginger and the walk was refreshing. Newton's supermarket nearby is a great place to shop essentials. The taxi operators are very reasonable and offer their services smilingly. I think maligning campaign against them recently in the media was a conspiracy against Goa tourism.

    Candolim has a fair choice of 'big name' hotels to stay in.

    Candolim has a fair choice of 'big name' hotels to stay in. The main road has a choice of restaurants and pricing ranges from average to expensive. All conveniences can be found on the Candolim Main Road. Non availability of auto rickshaws (tuk tuks) is a disadvantage and one is dependent only on private taxis even for short distances,and they are expensive.

    Busy main street full of noisy traffic. Great beach with plenty of beach bars with their own free sunbeds. Food was always good. Not much entertainment on a night although there were many bars with singers singing to backing music. Superb sunsets each evening.

    Everything was clean and as shown in photographs. Staff were attentive, and the hotel offered a lot of affordable luxury. I had read low-score reviews online, and saw that these were linked to room size and room atmosphere; to my knowledge I had one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel, and it still had a spacious and luxurious feel to it. It may be small for Goa, I don't know, but compared to the UK, it was larger, and with a veranda/balcony area!

    One of the best places to stay in North Goa,very close to the CANDOLIM beach.The Rooms are very nice ,and the busy CANDOLIM street is walkable distance. Swimming pool is available and very clean. Breakfast has choices of eggs to order continental and Indian option,it’s limited ,but very tasty. There is ample parking as well and it’s close to everything one requires for a Goan holiday.

    I always rate a property based on what I would expect for the price and for the price this was a superb hotel in Goa. The bed was very big with a lovely thick soft mattress . The room had a fridge and 2 bottles of water were provided every day . There were free toiletries in the bathroom with the room cleaned every day.

    Coming to Astor Goa is one best decisions we could have made. The ambience here is great but the best here is the staff so friendly and helpful . My son lost his phone the hotel staff were instrumental finding the phone especially Shailendra and Anuj. Could not have asked for anything more !
