It was a convenient, value for money hotel to stay. We were group of 11 reached hotel by 12 am. They checked us in without any problem. We informed earlier that we will be late. It's a decent hotel, there are n free toiletries or water. Bring your own.

A quiet place on the outskirts of town... Needed a getaway and this was perfect. The owner Suhas helped with all arrangements. The property manager Arjun is a great host. Suhas also organised a rickshaw for local sightseeing - Lokesha the driver was helpful as a local guide and respectful. The chef in the property makes very tasty local food. They collectively ensured my stay was memorable and comfortable.

Stayed here for just a night, but I really wish I could have stayed longer. It’s a beautiful property, it’s also got a restaurant attached as well. The management and staff are the most wonderful people I’ve met and they made me feel really welcome. There is a coffee plantation near by you can visit by foot, there is a pool as well in the property if you want to take a dip. The view from the property is stunning and the rooms are very well done. The road to the property is a bit steep but it was very manageable. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Chikmangalur. This is my goto place now!

    It is all about the hills you climb through Car, Bikes and JEEPS. there are few waterfalls that makes you amaze your day especially kemmenagundi falls were really good. you can spend two days without boring in chikmangalur. You can find rooms are cheaper in the town i advise to go directly and book instead of getting trapped through online.

    It has very good tourist attractions and very near to...

    It has very good tourist attractions and very near to Bangalore. One can find a very pleasant climate and experience at this location. A nice visit for a duration of 2 or 3 days for a family or group of friends. While some of the locations are not open/not in a condition to visit (like Kudremukh peak...), better one can do proper research on latest situation rather then relying completely on outdated information available in the net. Talk to locals/ resident travel advisors before making an attempt to visit a place. Found it safe as we could able to travel some of the locations during nights as well.

    Chikmagalūr is a NICE PLACE, however before you go in offseason, do check of the attractions are open or close, as due to rain, (we travelled in last week of July ) attractions are closed due to rain.. Rest it is NICE place , NICE weather, NICE Scenic , and good place for all natural lovers.

    The chikmagalur is amazing, best if you have your own...

    The chikmagalur is amazing, best if you have your own vehicle, also get SUV vehicle if you like offroading, most of the places are free to enter but few places you need to pay forest tax or entry fees, apart from this everything was exceptional. Lot of VEG and NON-Veg hotels available. avoid hebbe falls as there is too much crowd and go to jhari waterfalls, it costs less as well.

    It is good hill station to visit in summers, 2-3 days is enough. There is lot of natural beauty - widlife park, mountains, waterfalls, coffee plantation, etc. Belur is a place for temples, you can see ancient templates of Karnataka and nice stone carvings which is a rare beauty.

    The sights on the hills have very narrow roads and since it was a long weekend, there were traffic jams everywhere.. wish this could be managed better on the hills, as once we are stuck, we are stuck for hours.. The jeep ride to the Jhari waterfalls was quite rough and avoid if you have sr citizens with you.. the waterfalls in itself was very underwhelming and full of people trying to bathe in it, spoiling the ambience of the place..we stayed there for less than 5 mins..
