Everything, the hotel was recently renovated and it is beautiful! It's relatively unassuming from the outside, but a beautiful oasis of luxury on the inside. Staff was also great, very nice and helpful, from the restaurant to the bell-desk and reception. The travel hub was very useful, from arranging airport transfers to reserving an electric (!) car for errands. It was really a great experience, especially for a hotel with proximity to the airport.

They did not honour the booking. They had extended the stay of staying on customers without calling or telling us. When we went to check-in , they denied rooms and we had to go for room hunting. These guys are pathetic.
