Exceptional hospitality, beautiful property with luch green gardens, very welcoming and personal service, especially by property manager Mr Dwivedi. A true gem in the nice Old Goa area, a boutique hotel with personalised services, tasty vegetarian kitchen and a fabulous pool. Everything was clean, safe, good play area for kids. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.

It’s a stunning property in a colonial style. The building and garden are very well maintained. The staff was great, kind and professional. The food offer was good, lots of choice and great quality. We borrowed their bikes, which was nice to get to the beach, which is only a short ride away.

The green gardens full of trees, the calm and quite environnement, the view from the room One of the best properties in Goa. It is nestled in lush nature full of beautifull trees and birds. You can enjoy the calmness of the area, and truly reconnect and rest. Superb small resort 10 minute walk from beach. Everyone from the staff to the owner couldn't do enough to help. Driver Brian has an encyclopedic knowledge of the area . Restaurant had a good menu but if you get fed up of Indian food just ask for egg and chips. Lovely place to stay can highly recommend
