The lobby manager was super thoughtful and helpful. Before I arrived at the hotel, he called to confirm if everything was okay with my journey. And because I was planning to visit Vaishno Devi Temple, one location to pick up registration card is just near them hotel, he even asked the stuff to send me there and take me to the starting point of trekking. Also when I asked for laundry, they gave up my clothes much quicker Then other hotels! The manager was taking care of everything for me. Thanks to him, my stay and visit to temple was perfect.

Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters.
