The location was amazing, the room was clean and comfortable, the view from the patio was to die for and the garden decor was top notch. Daniella & Jackson were kind, helpful, friendly and were always on hand to help and provide a memorable experience. The breakfast was really nice also :) Some people may be disappointed with the location as it is 10 minutes walk from some restaurants but I disagree for two reasons: 1. They can call Sarath, a friendly local rickshaw driver, to take you to some nice restaurants or other locations in no time. 2. It’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. You won’t be able to enjoy the soothing sound of the sea if you’re staying in the heart of the city right?

The property is fairly new. The rooms were well designed and very modern. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating… especially the lovely woman at the front desk and the very helpful and attentive kitchen staff. Breakfast was superb, with many options. The dinner I had in the restaurant was also very delicious. I very much enjoyed my stay.

The Kerala breakfast was very tasty with a variety of dishes served with a smile from the pleasant staff.The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should.Close to a railway track but not obtrusive and added to the ambience as did the carp pond and outside lighting at night
