The staff was very kind and helped us a lot during our stay in Leh. We made a tour through nubra valley and to the Pangong Tso lake. It was a wonderful experience. Also the monasteries were worth a visit. Wi-Fi present in the reception area but we were able to use a local SIM card from the hotel to stay connected.

Every single person knew my name, remembered the little details, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I got sick during my trip, and the staff personally came to check on me in my room to make sure I was okay. That level of care is beyond words. This is much more than just a hotel – it’s a place where you are genuinely looked after. Highly recommended.
