I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience regarding a hotel reservation made via Booking.com. We specifically selected the “Pay at the property” option during the booking process, as we were en route to the destination. Upon receiving the confirmation email, we were unexpectedly contacted again, being asked to make immediate payment in order to secure the booking — a condition that was never stated during the initial reservation. While traveling, we promptly contacted the hotel to explain our situation and requested that the booking be held until our arrival, where payment would be made as per the original terms. Despite this clear communication, the reservation was cancelled without our consent or any prior notice. This irresponsible handling — particularly with no notification of the cancellation — left our family stranded and caused considerable inconvenience. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects a serious lack of coordination and respect for customer agreements. We expect a formal explanation from both Booking.com and the hotel involved, along with assurances that corrective actions will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Nice pilgrimage centre for three days leisure stay.One halday in Tirumala and two days in Tirupati. Places to see are Kapileswar Temple close to the hotel; Padmavathi Thaayar Temple at Tiruchanur; Vagulaabarana Temple; Agastheeswarar Temple; Kalyana Srinivasa Perumal(ASI heritage site); Govindaraja Perumal Temple.
