An exceptional hotel and certainly the best I stayed in during a week in Iraqi Kurdistan. THe staff were all trained so well - they were courteous, friendly and spoke a generally excellent level of English. The swimming pool area (indoor/outdoor) with two saunas, steam room, Hamam and jacuzzi was superb, and opening hours of 6am to midnight were more than generous. The location is out of town (so no traffic noise) but easy to get to. WiFi was consistent and strong, and room service very reasonably priced with a large selection. My only slight complaint was that, being there during Ramadan, the usual buffet breakfast was replaced by serving a set breakfast, which included many items I would never choose on a buffet. I imagine if visitors go when the usual buffet breakfast is running it would be very good, and certainly preferable to having someone in the kitchen decide what you might want to eat!

Everything,Shah the owner messaged me before arriving to see if we had any special requests. On arrival we got booked in easily and shown the car park, it's a 30 second walk away and camera monitored. Our room 3 single beds was impressively clean. There is a good size kitchen to use but you are surrounded by excellent local food stalls so we did not use kitchen, but did help ourselves to the ever brewing chai. Would recommend this place to everyone coming to Sulaymaniyah. Shah you are a wonderful person. Thank you for all your help. See you again.
