The staff were so friendly and welcoming, every one of them from reception, to the bar staff, breakfast staff and the cleaning staff all went that extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The hotel is very warm and cosy and provided free coffee and cakes at reception throughout the day. It was -13 when we were there and Iceland was covered with snow.. The room was cosy open plan and had a kitchen island so we had fresh wster and coffee making facilities. At the back of Kvosin Downtown Hotel we got the best photographs of the Northern Lights. It is very central, everything was in walking distance fron the Ice bar, the Rainbow street, restaurants cafes and shops, most tour bus stop were within 2 minutes from the hotel.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we particularly like that tea, coffee, milk and juice were provided as basic. This was super handy in the morning and cost saving also. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great service even prepared to have the hands burned on hot dishes to keep guests satisfied. Very kind and friendly. Our stay at Tower Suites in Reykjavik was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the sheer beauty of the location. Immaculately clean, elegantly designed, and generously spacious, it provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly elevated the experience. But what truly made my stay memorable was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their genuine welcoming nature made me feel at home in this foreign land. They were always ready to offer suggestions, answer questions, and provide that extra touch of Icelandic hospitality.     This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

    Fantastic location, located closely to so many fantastic restaurants, grocery stores and everything you need to enjoy your stay.... very easy to drive into Reykjavik or head out onto the Ring Road elsewhere.
