we loved everything. the stuff members were very kind and helpful. the breakfast was excellent. the room was perfect, although too small. the location on the main road no. 1. it was to expensive for us.

This was our favorite stay while we were in Iceland. When we booked we didn't have many reviews to go off of. When we got there it exceeded our expectations. The staff was accommodating, our room didn't have knives to cut with and our host provided them right away. We had no trouble using anything, everything was clean. We even saw the northern lights from right where we parked the car. I will say the best part was the heated floors in the bathroom! Again I could not say enough amazing things about this place.

Set in a renovated farmhouse, this guest house is located by Lake Lagarfljót in Eglisstadir village.
