Easy check-in, quick wapp response to question. Very new building, so everything still nice and new. Room was of a good size, everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, great shower. Room has outside door which leads onto a patio. Nice views outside of the mountains and also some horses nearby. Very big and clean shared kitchen area, that also includes a sitting area with couches. Great location, very near Gullfoss waterfall. We did not use the kitchen for dinner, only for breakfast, and it had everything we needed. We were the only guests which made for a lovely quiet stay.

Nice pretty cottage up the hill. Very cosy and comfortable with cooking facilities to make own breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised to experience the magical Northern lights while we were there. It was perfect setting as there is very little light pollution to enjoy the night sky and Northern lights. The outdoor hot tub is a real treat and highly relaxing after lots of driving. Highly recommended and though we only stayed one night, it was memorable.
