Beautiful room, with patio looking out onto the valley, river and pond. Nice bed and bathroom. Very nice dinner in restaurant. Included breakfast almost overwhelming. Location convenient for visiting sights.

We absolutely loved it! The apartment was not only cozy and clean but also well-designed, mixing old & new. The kitchen is very well equipped, there are thoughtful little touches such as wine/beer to buy. It was not just a stay, however, it was an experience. The place has lots of history and the personal encounter with our host Gísli made our stay all the more special. He shared plenty of interesting knowledge about the history of the place, things to do in the area, etc. Couldn't have wished for a better experience! Thank you, Gísli!

We were very lucky in that we were the only people staying here. We had a most luxurious stay with a comfortable room, lovely showers, a functional kitchen and a pleasant place to sit.

The owners were very accommodating with our two groups. They put us all together in a spacious, well equipped place with comfortable couches and room for all seven of us.
