The most unforgettable aspect of the hotel is the evening buffet. For high-quality fish, there is a more professional and artisanal homemade sauce steamed, various flavors of spice-matched sashimi, paired with selected wines, dining slowly even watching the glaciers in the fog also feel very happy and warm. Every hotel staff member we met was very warm and wonderful, making us like this place more and hoping to meet again in winter.

Larger guesthouse with onsite restaurant. We stayed in a quadruple room with private bathroom. Room was large and clean with electric kettle in room. Included breakfast was good and a nice way to start the day.

This was probably the best place my friend and I stayed at in Iceland. It was new, clean, perfect amount of space with a great layout, nice and secluded, great view, easy to find, the people were lovely, and the dog was adorable and friendly! Everything and more you could want from a place to stay! I wish everywhere was as nice, this place checked all of our boxes. We even were able to faintly see the northern lights.

Our apartment was great! The views were awesome and it comes with a hot tub! The space comes with a kitchen and a common area, which was great for evening card games. The continental breakfast is awesome (highly recommend) and the owner is super sweet and very helpful (answered all of our curious questions about the local area).

Beds were extremely comfortable, we had a great sleep! The on-site restaurant food was delicious, and the continental breakfast was worth the stay!

Great location in town with easy self check in. The room was spotless and very spacious. The bed was comfortable, and having the fridge and microwave was a plus. Great price. Would definitely recommend.

A lonely place with an excellent restaurant and a historical ambience, good for exploring Snaefellsnes and the peninsula. Walking, hiking, a beautiful waterfall just across the valley, visible from the lounge, the ocean nearby, good for a trip watching northern lights and generally a very quiet and comfortable resting place. Very helpful staff.
