It looks simple, but is very comfortable: you can park your car right in front of room's entrance door; a room is big enough with a big shower room. The shower is just superb - hot and strong pressure. Also the Studio, unlike many others, does offer a breakfast. The breakfast has been served in a pub nearby. It looks like some kind of low rent business centre that was converted into a hotel. The room was adequate and spacious enough.
