This hotel was nice surprise. Ordered because couldn’t get anything in Egilsstadir, but at the end it was very good experience. The town itself is worth to stop by- i loved it the most while travelling ring road- it is small and cozy, located by fjord. And the hotel is in old house, but inside perfectly equipped. Common kitchen was very useful- all what is needed to arrange small picknick just outside the hotel (there is a table).

We liked a lot to stay in the building with history. Very nicely renovated house. Great decorations and beautiful old wooden furniture.

I loved everything about this cottage style house. Our apartment was on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms were reasonably spacious, nicely decorated, very clean and very cozy. Our friends stayed upstairs in another lovely apartment. Seyðisfjörður, is a lovely small town, in a valley, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The locals are all very friendly and we enjoyed lovely food in the nearby Aldan bar/restaurant. We stayed for the Sluice 2025 art event, but it would also make a great base for driving around and seeing all the other sights. If I am ever travelling in this region again, I would hope to stay in this cottage.

A very nice place to be, and what a wonderful host. After being stuck for two days due to road closure, Maggý was very helpful to deal with the situation, doing her best for our confort. The guest house is well located and what a lovely little town.

Set along the Seydisfjordur Fjord, these cottages are less than 3 km from the town of Seydisfjorudur. Each offers impressive panoramic views and a large terrace with an outdoor hot tub and BBQ.

Beautiful room with a warm atmosphere. There was a water shut down in town. The staff were immediately there for us and the whole episode was sorted out within less than an hour

Amazing location. Hilmir was an amazing host. We had some questions and he came within minutes to help us. Property's location is amazing and the drive to the property is even better. We enjoyed the sauna as well. We were travelling in a group of 7 including kids and each one of us wanted to stay for longer.
