Wonderful hotel, it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The receptionist, Octavian, was super helpful and kind. The room, although small, had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice. Waking up and seeing the Skogafoss waterfall from our window was beautiful.

    Takes a lot of time and money to get out there - upon reflection, we wish we would’ve used that money to get a more convenient place to stay. It was cloudy the entire time we were there so maybe that was bad luck, but didn’t get to see any stars or aurora borrealis
