We enjoyed are stay. We came for the Italian Junior Championships. The ski area looks amazing. We even drove by the famous Monte Cristo on our way here. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) We were walking a ridge walk along the Apennines and loved the comfort of this hotel. The footpath passes through the village so this location was ideal. The staff were lovely, and the room very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and a young man serving the breakfast was particularly smiley and friendly- we really liked him.
