Fantastic venue, decorated in style with absolute taste, very clean and of high standards. We had travelled to Messina for a conference and had a lovely stay. The venue is located in the heart of Messina but in a quiet part, 10 min walk from the centre and train station, but also allows you to have a quiet rest. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel like home! We felt well looked after and among friends and will certainly return! Wholeheartedly recommend Jolly Charme Suite.

Very professionally-run hotel and helpful reception. Small but very clean room with everything I needed. There wasn't much of a view from my room, but it didn't bother me. Very good breakfast, and the terrace has a very nice view of the sea.

Hotel has an excellent location near the town center. Good parking options. Beautiful and stylish rooms. Very kind, helpful and pleasant staff. Arrived after midnight because of our flight but the hotel had arranged an airport taxi at €25 ( Ryanair wanted €65!).such a relief. .staff were still available for check in at 1am. Room has big bed,good bathroom,safe and fridge with free water. Breakfast was good with normal continental content plus meat ,cheese and cooked eggs. 3 mins walk to train station.
