The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The view from the room was amazing, overlooking the hills and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the area and things to do. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Really varied breakfast with many sweet options, including homemade cake, but also cheese and cold meats. The staff was superfriendly and you can speak English with owners. WE STAYED 2 DAYS LAST YEAR & 4 DAYS THIS YEAR & PLAN ON RETURNING IN THE NEXT FEW YEARS! TAXIS & FOOD ARE VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE IN ITALY BUT SCENERY IS GREAT. PUBLIC TRANSPORT IS GOOD ESPECIALLY THE TRENITALIA- SO CHEAP & EFFICIENT COMPARED TO THE UK!

    The room was clean and the staff did their best to help us in our little stay. for one night to Perugia after a a problem to our transit flight. Thank you so much Sonia for all of your help and thank you Markos for giving as a free lift to the airport. We own you to both of you. I also want to say a big thank you to the owner who gave us free of charge a "welcome" cake and a a bottle of water, because being late in the afternoon on Sunday, everything around was closed the time we arrived to the hotel.

    very glad we chose this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport, it’s 10 times more beautiful than the pictures, a medieval castle, big rooms and very comfortable, the reception staff amazing, realy made our stay very comfortable! and the free parking was a great bonus

    Amazing value for money and within 10 minutes of Bastia Umbra and Assisi. Breakfast was good and we had the use of the coffee machine. Room was large and the shower was great.
