The room was clean and spacious. We received a larger room than we initially booked due to the low season, giving us a small living room, a comfortable bedroom, and a big bathroom. The property itself is large, with plenty of greenery, a small pool, and lots of open space. The food was perfect! Luca is a wonderful chef and an amazing person.

Everything! Could not fault it! The entire hotel is simply stunning! More beautiful in real life. Service and staff are remarkable. They went over and above! All were very friendly and helpful! We wish we had longer! Facilities are amazing and the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) were exceptional! We will be back !

Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach all the main attractions. The room was spacious, bright, and perfectly clean. The beautiful, well-maintained grounds and the great pool were a real highlight — it was a pleasure to relax and spend time there. The property was beautiful. The staff were all friendly and efficient. The grounds around the property were lovely to walk around. The pool and spa facilities were well maintained and had such an amazing view. The outdoor seating areas were so comfortable with shaded areas to chill and read. Breakfast had good choice and was in a relaxed setting. Our room was really comfortable with great facilities and a sitting room that we didn't even use as we were on the go so much.

The rooms were very impressive. Immaculately clean and modern. All the amenities in the room were fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable. The area was quiet and the hotel have a lovely ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with our bags. Room security was excellent.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view from the room. Abundant breakfast (not just italian croissant+coffee, but much more, including various delicious sweet treats!). I wonder: room for 2 has 2 bathrooms. Separate, fully equipped bathrooms. Unexplainable to me... :-) Staff is friendly, helpful.
