The staff are professional. We asked one reception lady to give us information about some places to visit in Milano. The girl did not hesitate to make a list of many places that we can vist , restaurants to eat and shops. She is a concierge girl. She is very helpful. The other staff were also very kind and freindly, you will get what you ask in no time with smile. Highly recommended . Do not worry for the location, underground will put in Milano center.

Really great stay, just 30 minutes from the very heart of Milano. my family loved seeing the horses all around us and the greeting puppy was a nice surprise. the host very timely on communication and very accommodating.

IMPORTANT: we made a mistake, we parked at the parking spots in the "passagio" thinking this is part of the hotel, but it wasn't and 2 windows of our car were broken and our stuff was stolen from thw car. The hotel's personnel was so empathic and kind to us that it helped a lot to overcome the problems related to that. Thank you very much, guys!!!

    I originally booked 1 double bedroom with full amenities...

    I originally booked 1 double bedroom with full amenities after I got there the owner change it to 1 single bedroom with same price of double with less amenities No roomkeeping for all my stay now exchange of towers for 4 days no room clean no garbage collection etc. Very bad service I don't recommend for anyone to stay here unless for a day staying

    You get your own parking space in the garage, which is awesome. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, and there's even a mini-bar, which so many hotels have dropped from their offerings. 24-hour check in is obviously great. We had an issue with our AC, which got fixed as soon as we pointed it out.

    Clean room with a good bed and a small sofa. Close to the motorway and with ample free parking, so very useful for a stop-over. Binasco is a pretty little town with decent eating options, so it's definitely more appealing than a motel.

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing fundamentally wrong with the hotel but it was like stepping back to the 70s. Carpetted walls etc.
