This place is a true oasis of relaxation in a stunning setting. The attention to detail and respect for the original structure make it blend perfectly with its surroundings. Chef Igor impressed us with his flavorful dishes made from simple, refined ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from the property’s garden. The Villa was over the expectations; even if the pictures are accurate, the actual being there is even more beautiful. Easy access but still up the hill, offering an amazing view of the landscape. The rooms were big and clean, beautifully decorated and the common spaces were great. Best breakfast I have ever had! Lovely staff also!

It is a very unique place to stay, in a small middle-age hilltop city. Very friendly hosts, and a charming house renovated and furnished in great style. The small town itself is also charming and it is a great place to wind-down. The little garden opposite to the house is the cherry on top.

A perfect accomodation surpassing our expectations. The appartment in a family house is located in a small town in the ideal distance between Florence and the west coast. The area around is quiet and safe. The appartment is equipped with all you need for a week sujourn with your 4 member family.It was clean, tidy, nicely decorated to make you feel like at home. The owner was caring, and he stopped by to ask if we were satisfied during our stay a few times. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We were enjoying also the beautiful view when having breakfast on the terase to the garden. If you plan to travel to Toscany, you simply must go to this lovely place!

A well-deserved 10/10! Massimo and Roberta were absolutely perfect – we spent 7 wonderful days and nights in Borgo a Buggiano and truly felt at home. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and just 250 meters from the train station – a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The hosts were incredibly helpful – when we had a power issue, Massimo arrived within 5 minutes and explained everything clearly. We were also welcomed with delicious local snacks – such a thoughtful touch! Only after we left and spent one night in Pisa did we truly realize how beautiful and perfect their place was. The difference was noticeable, and it made us appreciate their apartment even more. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness – we’ll be recommending this stay to everyone!

    STUNNING hotel with stunning views. One of the best I’ve stayed in Tuscany, very quiet and relaxing.The exterior really does take your breath away and is a sight to behold. The spa was small but nice with a lovely rock pool, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The outside pool area is simply stunning and peaceful. The breakfast on the terrace, stunning. I had lunch outside and the food was great too. The room was a good size and very clean - smelt great., which is important for me. Will definitely return.

    We enjoyed the view from the hotel overlooking the hills. It was very peaceful and we sat by the pool a couple of days enjoying the sunshine. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was nice and suited our needs as a family.
