Staff were very friendly and the reception staff had good knowledge of the area for hikes and walks. The food was exceptional. Very relaxed in the bar area in the evening, with lots of different areas to enjoy.

This was a top-notch hotel. Excellent service, the diner was included in the price, and it was outstanding. We used the SPA, which was clean and nice. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. We wished we could stay longer. It is close to Lake Braies and Strudelhopf, which provides the Dolomites' most beautiful view of several mountains.

The location was incredible! Less than a mile from Lago di Braies. Plus you looked at the Dolomites out your window. The hotel is also a working horse farm, so we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the deck and watched the horses practice. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were wonderful! Easiest to get to with a rental car.

Moserhof was absolutely perfect. Room was clean, confortable and very nice. I can't describe the breakfast and dinners, with local products and different and tasty options. Enviroment was amazing, you breathe peace and you can't stop looking that amazing mountains and the pretty valley. Owners was so professional and extremely kind.

    Extremely touristy but also extremely beautiful. The lake struggles with too many cars and too many visitors. We were able to get a special pass to parking because we were actually staying in the valley which is preferable but expensive.

    Braies is very beautiful location, nice lake, good parking...

    Braies is very beautiful location, nice lake, good parking and food. It us better to come in the morning, because of changing wheather and a lot of tourists. The boat renting is expensive 50€/person/ 1/2 hour.

    We had a really nice stay at Romy’s B&B, the location is nicely located next to a beautiful hill, not far from a small ski area (ideal for kids and beginners) and the Braies lake, also well connected with different buses. The b&b itself is essential but has everything you need and is cosy and warm. The mother and daughter running it are very welcoming and friendly, speaking Italian, German and also English, and the breakfast is also good. The white cat Leni was adorable.

    Only 5 mins driving away from the Braies Lake. This is the ideal location if you want to wake up a sunrise time to watch the changing lake reflection photo ops at the lake. Did all that and come back to the hotel for breakfast. The staffs are extremely accommodating. Because we visited during the in between seasons, we are the only guest at the inn. Still, they prepared a full menu of breakfast just for the three of us and did not cut corners.

    Hotel Trenker is a quaint family owned and run hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location provided convenient access to Alta Via 1 Trailhead and a short walk to the stunning Lago di Braies. We enjoyed the local Tyrolean dinner; breakfast included many local items like homemade breads & jam. The setting was peaceful and bucolic. Wish we stayed longer!

    I liked everything from the location in the middle of nature near Lake Braies to the design of the rooms, it was very warm and cozy, thanks to Natalie and Manuela ❤️for the warm welcome. And another huge plus is the cats and horses, they will not leave anyone indifferent.

    Restaurant was unexpectedly good - really enjoyed the food quality. Location - mind blowing. Hike around the lake is beautiful and the hotel serves as a perfect starting and finishing point for that. Available parking is appreciated
