We had an amazing stay at Adriana’s house. She was a warm and welcoming host, always available to help with any questions we had.     We were unlucky as during our 3-day stay the sea got very rough, the Mistral was blowing, so we only managed to get into the sea one day. I can imagine it must be very different if you can go out on the dinghy tours of the caves etc. I would strongly recommend driving to Nebida and doing the walk along the sea towards the Pan di Zucchero views. The SP83, the road into and out of Buggerru, requires quite strong driving skills and nerves. We preferred the route southward.

    We visited in May. The town was quaint and quiet.

    We visited in May. The town was quaint and quiet. There was plenty of parking both on the street and at the large parking lot near the harbor. There are numerous restaurants offering a variety of local seafood and other dishes. We found 1 supermarket in town, not large but it had all the essentials. The Spiaggia di San Nicolau is only a couple minutes drive north of town and is a beautiful beach with a restaurant and ample parking.

    The town is just wonderful and it's located to so many wonderful areas and beaches in that region of Sardinia! The restaurants in the area are fantastic, and if you love seafood, this is the place for you!

    The apartment is located in the very local and authentic village of Buggerru, 10 minutes walk from the beach and not far away by car from the beautiful beaches of San Niccoló and Cala Domestica. The apartment itself completely fulfils the expectations and fits the description. The apartment is suitable also for a group of four people. Marco, the host, was quick in reacting to our questions and helpful with everything we asked for. Very good value for money. We had an amazing one-week stay and would definitely recommend this place!

    It is right in the center of Buggerru, in the historical house of a miner, so the house is made out of the stone. The house is very cozy and has a nice garden. The place offers free coffee, kitchen, laundry place with the laundry liquid, very comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. The owner of the place really takes care of the house and he is very interesting person to talk too. In the house you can find a lot of interesting books about miners and about Sardinia in general. I highly recommend this place!

    The garden is like an oasis. The apartment is relatively cool despite no air conditioning. Big enough for two families, large hall with kitchen and pleasant terrace to eat outside. Well equipped. Tasty free espresso. Wonderful beaches, I'd recommend Scivu and Cala Domestica. City of Buggerru mines and boat rentals.
