Excellent Service and Friendly Staff We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly hotel staff. Due to a booking error, we had reserved the wrong dates, but the reception team went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and smoothly. Their kindness and professionalism really made our trip exceptional. The breakfast staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, making our mornings even more enjoyable. Every receptionist we met was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Highly recommended!

It offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility, making it an ideal base for exploring Verona’s historic sites and vibrant culture. Rooms: The rooms at Corte Ongaro are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and high-quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. My room also featured a lovely balcony with a view of the garden, which was a delightful bonus. Amenities: One of the standout features of this hotel is its rooftop garden and hot tub. It’s a serene spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, offering beautiful views over the city. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Service: The staff at Corte Ongaro are incredibly friendly and professional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips about local attractions, their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We are super happy with how Villa Malaspina treated us. By mistake we've booked two rooms on a wrong date with no cancellation possibility, but when we contacted them, they agreed to change the dates and receive us on the correct dates at no extra expenses.
