Was a last-minute reservation, and Giuseppe was so incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with helping us navigate the transportation systems as it was our first time in Italy. The apartment was super cosy and clean and had everything we needed for the 5-days we stayed! Will definitely be back again for our next trip!

Exceptional service from Flo, the gentleman at the reception. He was kind, respectful, helpful, and went over and beyond, with personal tips of the city.
