Very peaceful to look at the mountains while enjoying your morning coffee. Leave more time for communting to the property every day from where ever you visit, it is a small, winding road, a tunnell and not fun to do at night or after a glass of wine. It's a lovely house with spacious rooms, a fantastic pool area and lots of garden space for the dog. The house is located close to Lucca, but also Pisa and Firenze are within easy reach. There's a supermarket within 5 mins and lovely Pizzeria both in the nearby village.
