Lovely staff! The customer care seems to be the most important target for the owner. Good breakfast, overall compared with the category of the hotel (3 stars). The waitress Oksana is very gentle. The location is perfect for visinting the amusement park like Gardaland that is far not more than 2 Km.

Location is great,it captures the spirit of old vintage Italy, the staff is always with a smile and at your service,the pool was clean and at perfect temp not too warm not too cold,close to Gardaland,the breakfast was great,the system of air conditioning in the room,it goes off automaticaly when you open the window and viceverse it goes on when you close the window,everything was spot on,maybe the best ever value for money that we've experienced on our travels

    Everythings was ok, we arrive verry late after the ending of the check-in, the host Mateo make us tutorial for self check-in and help us to get a car to arrive from the train station to hotel. În one day took us straight too Gardaland. Both, him and his father talk verry well romanian. Thank you verry much!

    Very nice indoor pool located in Parc hotel. Large, safe, well kept hotel area with golf, minigolf, indoor pools, restaurants. Good location if you travel by car and don´t miss lake views. Gardaland, Movieland nearby. Easy access to Verona.
