The location of the hotel is in an amazing spot. Easy to navigate and get around from there. The view of the lake is wonderful. The owners were the kindest people ever, always helping us when we had questions and were easy to communicate with. Honestly could have not gotten around the city without their help.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Promessi Sposi on Lake Como. The design is beautiful and modern, and the view from the rooftop is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. Special thanks to the dark-haired young woman (unfortunately I don’t know her name) who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Her attentiveness made a real difference and truly elevated our experience. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Location was good, walking to centre less than 10 mins. Cleanliness in general was excellent, breakfast was very good, versatile. Finding any negative? ->The internet connection was slow. All in all, my family (9 persons) can recommend.
