We stayed at Stella Maris House in Cetara and had a wonderful time. The apartment is very cute, with two comfortable bedrooms and was spotlessly clean. The host met us when we arrived, showed us everything, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants—she was so kind and welcoming and even gifted us lemons from her garden. We made fresh lemon water everyday. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the town center, bus station, and harbour. Cetara is a peaceful and authentic village, mostly visited by Italian tourists, which made it a relaxing escape from the bustle of Amalfi or Positano. We took the local bus and the ferries to get around. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

    Amazing picturesque town with beautiful views of the sea.Lots of heart & character in the town! local people are very welcoming, Da Spadone is a restaurant that have to be visited for its phenomenal meals and the genuine love of the staff! Bumped into the owner the morning after our dinner and he personally gave us a tour of the town! Who does that in this time n age!!!

    This place exceeded our expectations in every way.

    This place exceeded our expectations in every way. We were able to enjoy our stay on the Amalfi Coast in the quiet town of Cetera right on the water. We experienced the kindness of the locals and ate some amazing cuisine. Our host helped us to plan a 1 day tour of the Amalfi coast and Capri. She also set up transports to and from the airport. The villa was so comfortable to stay in and had everything we needed for our vacation. Well done Martina! You are an amazing host.

    Beautiful fisherman place with stunning beach and nice people. Beautiful restaurants, nice park, port.... everything is just enough for stay and enjoy italian life. You can come to Cetara from Salerno with ferry, so you can have a beautiful panoramic view. Or with a bus (SITA bus from Salerno, or shuttle bus from Napoli airport via Vietri sul Mare)

    Don’t overlook the hotel restaurant for dinner, as the quality and prices were excellent! Just make sure you have early reservations if you don’t want to eat at 9:00! The front desk was instrumental in denting us a great boat for $200 for the day allowing us to skip the traffic and see the Amalfi Coast from the water! You can get with a skipper if you like! They even picked us up at the hotel dock so very convenient!

    Cetara is a great place to feel the Italian way.

    Cetara is a great place to feel the Italian way. The small conversations with the locals and not to overwhelmed with tourist (April / May) and this helps. We felt that Amalfi is nice but to over rated. Cetara brings you back in time.

    CETARA is a cost-effective option for accommodation on the Amalfi Coast. However it is a very small fishing village and hence nothing much to do. We found that the quality of restaurants were not up to our expectations although the prices were very high.

    I have traveled almost everywhere around the world, this is the best host I have ever been to, he took us around the city showed us everything , recommended places and restaurants to visit, picked us up every night from the centre to the bnb , it felt more like visiting an old friend rather than visiting a hotel.     Fantastic view, clean, well equipped and beautiful. The outdoor area is super cosy. The bathrooms are new and delightfully designed. The hosts are super friendly, flexible and helpful. They had stocked the place with coffee, tea and snacks. Cetara is a very charming town.

    The location and view from the place and windows are perfect. When walking on the steps to get up there, you have the true Cetara city vibe and feeling, like you are one of the citizens. When you get into parking there is a lot place to park.

    A lovely, peaceful B&B. I wish I had stayed longer. It was very clean and in a great location. Cetara is a great place to stay for exploring the Amalfi coast. If I come back to the Amalfi coast I would definitely stay at Reginella.
